Alright so for this one, I drew it not too long after the episode of Smiling Friends titled "Squim Returns" premiered. I just got the idea one day, "Hey, what if Squim (left) and Spongebob (right) were a couple?" I'm weird, I know lol. Cuz I thought: They're both yellow, both cartoons, and they both are super upbeat and positive a majority of the time so they'd be a match made in heaven!!
This is the first time I've ever drawn either of these two characters, and I wanted to try and replicate their art styles as best as I could. I also thought it would be cute if I made Squim look all shy when asking Spongebob out hehe. I really had a lot of fun drawing this overall ^^ I don't have a lot of crack ships, but SquimBob is definitely one of them!!
